Resolution 4: Defense of Autonomy
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Committee declares that any attempt by the Libertarian National Committee (LNC) or national Libertarian Party to interfere with, override, or dictate the LPO’s internal governance, platform development, or operations shall be considered null and void, and the Executive Committee stands ready to take all lawful measures to defend the sovereign rights of the Libertarian Party of Oregon.
Adopted by the Executive Committee of Libertarian Party of Oregon on June 6th 2026 by a recorded vote and Passed with 3 ayes, 1 nay and one abstention
